Monday, June 20th, 2005In appreciation of the growing stature and fan base of Hollywood actress and recording artist Lindsay Lohan, LindzMag.Net has been created; a fanzine written by the fans for the fans.
To coincide with the general release of Lindsay Lohan’s latest movie, Herbie: Fully Loaded (Disney Pictures), LindzMag.Net has today been launched; a monthly Lindsay Lohan fan magazine for the global fan base.
The magazine and website, features daily-updated news from the world of Lindsay Lohan, as well as articles, interviews, exclusive competitions, and LL content that you can’t find anywhere else… LindzMag.net is the number one source for daily LL news and is also the only dedicated Lindsay Lohan monthly magazine.
Created by Lindsay Lohan fans and available to all for free, LindzMag.Net is a safe haven for fans to gather and contribute to their favourite subject matter… Lindsay Lohan.
The magazine and website features the opportunity for any Lindsay Lohan fan to get involved in creative writing and design, contributing to the appreciation of Lindsay Lohan. The magazine also provides the perfect forum for the star herself to communicate directly to her fan base, whenever she wants to, without being misquoted or creating opportunities for more ‘rumors’ to spread.
“The project has been in the making for the last 6 months and the reaction from the fans has been electric,” said Neil Armstrong, Editor & Publisher of the magazine. “We have linked with a number of other Lindsay Lohan fan sites and created a hub. Even before launch we have more than 6,000 dedicated LL fans pre-registering for access to the magazine and with Herbie: Fully Loaded hitting the big screen, we are expecting many more new fans to join our ranks.”
The first issue of the magazine is 70 pages and includes all original content covering the main aspects of Lindsay Lohan’s life and career, such as Movies, TV, Music, Celebrity, Family, Friends and associated artists. There is also a FanZone section, where real LL fans from around the world have their voice heard.
